Causes of Computer Vision Syndrome

  1. Poor lighting: When using digital devices in poorly lit environments, our eyes have to work harder to focus and adjust to the screen's brightness. This can cause eye strain, headaches, and neck pain.

  2. Poor posture: Sitting in front of a computer for extended periods can lead to poor posture, which can cause neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and eye strain.
